Accuracy of Content

Saddlers4you has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Saddlers4you disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Saddlers4you shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Damage to your Computer

Saddlers4you makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Saddlers4you shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.


All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Please see link below for more information.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again or telephone you to confirm we have accepted your order. At this point the contract for our sale and your purchase of the goods shall be made and the contract shall be formed at the place from which our acceptance email is sent to you. If you have not supplied us with your email address, our confirmation of order page at the end of our ordering process will act as confirmation that we have received your order. No contract will be formed until you receive confirmation from us that we have accepted your order.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The customer has the right to cancel an order within 14 days of placing the order. Notification of cancellation should be made by email.

For returning products that you have already received, we require notification via email in advance of the return. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. All cancelled products are returned at the customerís expense. We will return the cost of the cancelled product within 30 days of receiving the products.

It is not possible to change “Repairs to Order” if the production process has already started. However, if the product has not gone into production, we shall endeavour to meet your request for changes or cancellations.

Any item can be returned for a refund if the product arrives damaged.

We do not refund for a Repaired product due to mistakes made at the time of ordering or because you have changed your mind, unless the product has not been started. Once repair process have been started, we do not have to issue a refund.

Exclusions of Liability

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Saddlers4you or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Personal Information

We will use the personal information you provided to us; to fulfil your order and repair; to process your payment for the goods and services; and if you agree to this during the order process, to give you information about similar products that we provide but you may stop receiving this at any time by contacting us.

We will only give your personal information to third parties where the law either requires or allows us to do so.

There may be legal notices on other areas of this website which relate to your use of this website, all of which will, together with these terms & conditions govern your use of this website.

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

Consumer rights

None of the above terms and conditions affects your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

Delivery Charges

For full details please refer to individual products. All orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge. For overseas delivery (outside the UK), please email for a quote to confirm costs.

  • All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability
  • Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail or Fedex
  • The content of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery service you will be offered
  • Delivery to some postcodes may take longer

We accept orders from customers living in these countries for delivery in the UK: Canada, USA, Ireland, France, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Hong Kong SAR, Spain, Belgium, New Zealand, Japan, Israel, Singapore, Italy, Sweden, Turkey, Switzerland, China, Egypt, Taiwan, Denmark, Greece and South Africa.

  • We don’t deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses
  • Delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm, we are unable to confirm a time
  • We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods.This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way
  • We can deliver to the majority of UK post-codes
  • You will receive confirmation of your order within 48 hours

On receiving your repairs Orders will despatched within 7 day with a average 2/3 delivery unless Express delivery requested. On receiving your repairs Orders will despatched within 7 day Please allow up to 28 days for overseas delivery

British Forces Post Office

For the delivery to the BFPO, please let us know your BFPO number: – British Forces Post Office, Inglis Barracks, London, NW7 1PX

Once the goods have been delivered to the British Forces Post Office, we cannot accept responsibility for the items.


Saddlers4you will endeavour to adhere to any delivery dates stated and/or agreed to, but does not guarantee that any goods will be delivered by such a date and shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind howeverso arising by reason of failure on the part of Saddlers4you to deliver at such stated date.

Saddlers4you will only consider any claim made by a customer for the supply of defective goods or wrong delivery of which it has notice in writing from the customer within thirty days of the delivery of the goods to the customer.

Saddlers4you will only consider any claim made by a customer for non-delivery of goods of which it has notice in writing from the customer within thirty days of the order being sent to Saddlers4you.

Saddlers4you will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of goods after delivery has been made and risk as distinct from property in them shall pass to the customer upon delivery.

Where the customer specifies an incorrect delivery address Saddlers4you will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the goods.
