We accept orders from customers living in these countries for delivery in the UK: Canada, USA, Ireland, France, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Hong Kong SAR, Spain, Belgium, New Zealand, Japan, Israel, Singapore, Italy, Sweden, Turkey, Switzerland, China, Egypt, Taiwan, Denmark, Greece and South Africa.
Please note a Customs Declaration and Dispatch Form will need to be completed by you if you do not live in an EU country (after Brexit everywhere except the UK). Please ensure you complete the Description of Contents as WORN FOOTWEAR FOR REPAIR AND RETURN. We would advise that you put the value down as minimal to cover insurance purposes, used shoes have no real monetary value. In the check box for marking the parcel contents please choose OTHER. Do not put merchandise etc. Failure to meet this practice could result in an importation tax which we will be forced to reclaim from yourselves.
– We don’t deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses
– Delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm, we are unable to confirm a time
– We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way
– We can deliver to the majority of UK post-codes
– You will receive confirmation of your order within 48 hours
On receiving your repairs, Orders will despatched within 7 day with an average delivery time of 2/3 days unless Express delivery is requested
For overseas orders, despatch will be within 7 day Please allow up to 28 days for delivery
If you have ordered an aftercare product ONLY, this will automatically be sent out to you and you DO NOT need to post anything to us. Aftercare products will be despatched within 3-5 working days
If you have ordered an aftercare product along with a repair, this will be dispatched along with your completed footwear

Once the goods have been delivered to the British Forces Post Office, we cannot accept responsibility for the items.
