We accept orders from customers living in these countries for delivery in the UK: Canada, USA, Ireland, France, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Hong Kong SAR, Spain, Belgium, New Zealand, Japan, Israel, Singapore, Italy, Sweden, Turkey, Switzerland, China, Egypt, Taiwan, Denmark, Greece and South Africa.
- We don't deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses
- Delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm, we are unable to confirm a time
- We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods.This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way
- We can deliver to the majority of UK post-codes
- You will receive confirmation of your order within 48 hours
On receiving your repairs, Orders will despatched within 7 day with an average delivery time of 2/3 days unless Express delivery is requested
For overseas orders, despatch will be within 7 day Please allow up to 28 days for delivery
If you have ordered an aftercare product ONLY, this will automatically be sent out to you and you DO NOT need to post anything to us. Aftercare products will be despatched within 3-5 working days
If you have ordered an aftercare product along with a repair, this will be dispatched along with your completed footwear
